You can pay electricity the actual bills from TNEB. We will take care common maintenance charges (no extra on top of rent). We have dedicated covered car parking and more space for two wheeler parking. Though there are two balconies in the apartment, we closed one for our personal use. The other balcony is open for your usage. You can call and confirm the visit time.
