She shared a video on YouTube named, Alia Bhatt’s Moving Day Vlog, which showcases the nitty-gritty of her shifting day to the new house, with help from mom Soni, and sister Shaheen. In the video, the family is seen setting up the bedroom, kitchen, living room, and all other cosy areas of the house.

In the video, we see Alia discussing her experience of moving to a new house. “Moving out of my house was an incredibly special experience because it was the first time I was moving away from my home and into my own house… the whole process took about two years… Initially, I was gonna move in alone then I decided to take my sister along with me and she was more than happy. She decided to live part-time with me and part-time with my mom”, she said. 

Her enthusiasm about the house is clearly visible and while moving forward in the video the interiors and all the excitement about the house gives out a certain feeling of positivity in and around the location. 

This house can be called a dream house, as Alia has been planning it since her shooting days for the movie Shandaar (2015) when she met director Vikas Bahl’s wife, Richa Bahl, on the sets and immediately fell in love with her home decoration ideas. Adding to the comfort is the friend's special corner with creamy, cloudy black-trimmed Roche Bobois couch, under the inbuilt shelf loaded with distinct, unusual trinkets like a golden giraffe, ivory candles, rusted bicycle, and some green leafy indoor plants, which ensures the presence of variety.  Additionally, when you read cheeky one-liners saying things like, ‘Wine Not?’ You are sure to get an idea of Bhatt’s fun-loving and bubbly side.

With a separate entrance, one of the most important sections of the house is Bhatt’s dressing room. Space, mirrored walls, and white framework, all allow enough space for her to dress up for red-carpet events! 

The tiles are swept in shades of burnt orange, maroon, white and green, adding that fun element to the space.

Alia Bhatt Residence: Alia’s Latest Real Estate Investment

In the same apartment complex where her husband, Ranbir Kapoor, owns his home, the actress recently acquired a second real estate investment. According to media sources, Alia paid Rs 32 crores for a residence on the fifth story of the Vastu Pali Hill complex, while Kapoor resides on the seventh. The Krishna Raj Bungalow of the Kapoor family, which is presently undergoing reconstruction, is also close to the apartment. 

The interior design work has been given to Gauri Khan by the actress in the meantime.
