This rate is fixed for Tigaon, Sadpura, Fatepura, Jasana, Kanwara, Dungarpur, Rajpur Kalan, Phulera, Taj pura, and Sid hola. 

In Ballabhpur tehsil, this collector rate varies between Rs. 11000 to Rs. 40000/- per sq. yards in 2023. Under this tehsil, various villages like Ballaghgarh, Sihi, Mujheri, Sotai, Sunper, etc., are present. In the Faridabad district, an average of Rs. 15000 to Rs. 27000/- is fixed as the collector rate. These are some of the major districts of Faridabad.

Gurgaon Collector Rate

The collector rate for Gurgaon is Rs. 15000/-. Just like Faridabad, there are other tehsils in Gurgaon like Farrukh Nagar Tehsil, Pataudi Tehsil, Sohna tehsil, Manesar tehsil, Kadipue sub tehsil, Hassru sub tehsil, Wazribad sub tehsil, Badshahpur sub tehsil. 

In Farrukh Nagar Tehsil, the collector rate starts from Rs. 3000/-, and goes up to Rs. 7500/- (per sq. yard). In Pataudi tehsil, this rate is starting from Rs. 3500/-. And the rate is going up to Rs. 14000/- (per sq. yard). Sohna tehsil has a collector rate of Rs. 2700/- to Rs. 5900/- (per sq. yard). In Manesar tehsil, this rate goes up to Rs. 15000/- per sq. yard.
