Their love for marbles and ceramics is well-reflected in their decor choice ranging from the side table at the seating area to the beautiful goddess figurine next to the plants. A slightly winded staircase with pure white marble stairs lined by glossy steel railings lies at one side of the living room. This leads up to the more private areas of the house, such as bedrooms and washrooms. Currently owned by actor Nagarjuna Annapurna Studios, occupies 22 acres of area and has all film production facilities including, sound stages, outdoor sets, and post-production facilities such as an editing studio, dubbing foley, SFX and Visual effects studios. In 2011 Nagarjuna’s Family inaugurated a non-profitable educational Institute called the Annapurna International School of Film and Media.
