- PMAY NTR Gramin, targeting those from rural areas

1. A duly filled application form

The most common form of identification is a driver's licence, but other acceptable forms include a passport, state ID, or military ID and a recent passport-sized photograph.. 5. Existing House details
In this document, applicants must specify the details of the desired home, such as size, number of bedrooms and desired floor. The government attempts to comply with these preferences to the best of its ability.
6. Other Documents

Subsidy Rates for Beneficiaries Under NTR Housing Scheme
The NTR Housing Loan is a loan offered by the AP government that gives people special subsidies.
- People who live in rural areas will get 1.5 lakhs as a subsidy.
- People who are from SC/ST backgrounds will get an extra 50,000 on top of the 1.5 lakhs.
- People who live in cities or towns will get a special subsidy of 2.5 lakh rupees from the NTR Housing program. This subsidy is more than people living in rural areas get.

1. Go to the Official site https://kadapa.ap.gov.in/
2. Choose Gruha Pravesh Mahotsvam Ben List first.
3. Select the type of function and Enter the preferred scheme name.
