As you enter the house, this majestic staircase greets you to a very intricately designed living room. The symmetrical patterns of the space and the ornate design of the stair railings add a special charm to this place.  

This seating space showcases Mr Tata's love for simplicity and minimalism. No doubt, there's no bigger luxury than comfort. With a three-seater sofa and a glass table, this space is decked with multiple homely elements like plush carpet, plants and frames on the wall.

Located opposite the Colaba post office, this house has a large sun deck across the entire first floor. The first floor also has a living space, two bedrooms and a study.
