- Visit the Inspector General of Registration (IGRS) Tamil Nadu official website at TNREGINET Portal
- Click the ‘E-Services’ tab on the menu bar
- Mouse over it and you will see “Encumbrance Certificate”
- Click “View EC”
- Select “EC” or “Document-wise”
- If you select "EC" fill in the required information - zone, district, Sub-Registrar Office, EC start date, EC end date, village, etc.
- Click “search” and you will get your EC certificate.
