I have purchased 2 Kanal land. The deed was completed and the mutation was completed. I mortgaged the land to the bank and obtained a housing loan. The construction plan got approved from municipal committee verification and was completed by the revenue authority. Mortgage papers were endorsed in the revenue record with information to the bank in writing and attestation of Tehsildar. After liquidation of bank loan, I approached revenue staff, who informed me that instead of 2 Kanal only 0.5 Kanal exists in my name in Khasra Girdawari register. Is it possible? What is the remedy?
