Hi there, it seems like you applied for a 2 BHK house and the builder is not picking up your phone. In case you’ve just applied without giving any sorts of money through token amount, etc, you can do the following:

  1. Contact the broker through which you connected 

  2. Make a physical visit to the office

However, if the developer has taken money from you and ran away, immediately file a complaint in the consumer court. You can also contact 1800114000 or 14404 to file a complaint. This is the best thing you can do. This is a case of fraud and you need to register it in front of the proper authorities.
