A builder handed over the house but did not provide water meters. He says that builders association is in discussion with DJB for lowering the charges levied to him during construction. It has been more than a year and we have not yet got the meters installed. How can we, as law abiding citizens who want to pay their bills get meter connections for our floors and common areas . The builders case can be dealt by him separately. We only want our water meters installed by DJB.
