What are the reviews of Aastha Greens, Sector 4, Noida Extension?

Aastha Greens layout seemed good, but the project overall is not worth investing in. I visited this project a few months ago and saw stray dogs roaming everywhere. Their maintenance team takes no action against them. I talked with some of the residents near this project, and most of them had negative Aastha Greens complaints to share. Here are some of them-

Poor quality materials used for construction 

• Rude and unprofessional sales team who behaves miserably once you pay the booking amount

• Delay in the possession date

• No proper parking space

The worst part is that there are several complaints lodged against the builder. On Twitter, there was a post from a guy named Manish stating that the builder asked for Rs 1.6 lakh just to hand over the flat.

So check the Aastha Greens floor plan, price, and more physically, and then decide whether to invest here or not. 

Aastha Greens is a famous project in Sector 4, Noida Extension that got completed in 2020. We moved into a 3 BHK apartment here and, as of now, faced no serious issues. You must have already read about the Aastha Greens floor plan in Jay’s review. The project has 2 and 3 BHK apartments ranging in size from 1152 sq ft to 1874 sq ft. I do not know about the Aastha Greens price list precisely but can say that the apartments’ prices are between Rs 50.22 lakh and Rs 67.46 lakh.

• Vitrified Tiles Flooring in Bedroom, Living/Dining Area

• Anti-Skid Ceramic Flooring in all Balconies, Toilets & Kitchen

• Glazed Ceramic Tiles used in toilets and above kitchen counter slab

• Texture Paint of Exterior Grade for exterior walls

I found the construction materials to be really good and believe that these are going to increase the

Aastha Greens resale value in the future for sure.
