Hi Pal,

According to my knowledge, the allotted car parking space of the flat owners means that every member who has been given a parking spot or stilt is obligated to pay parking fees at a rate that may be established by the General Body of the Society at its meeting, regardless of whether he parks his car or not, according to Section 84 of the MOFA Act.

Society may charge various prices for various kinds of automobiles.

Hence, I do not think it is justifiable to consider the private allotted car parking space of owners as a common parking space for 2-wheelers. There should be a different spot for 2-wheelers to park within a society.

To know more about the 2-wheeler parking spaces, go through the below-mentioned response;

Two-wheeler parking rules in housing society?

However, you can bring a lawsuit in the consumer court if you discover unpermitted encroachment in your parking space. Read on to discover how to file a lawsuit;

How to file a complaint against a builder in consumer court? How to file a complaint against a neighbour in India?

I hope this helps:)
