Hey,

When you purchase a property, you get legal ownership over it through property registration. Property ‘title’ is transferred in your name through this process. The document through which this process legally takes place is called the sale deed. So, there is no specific document known as a title deed. The title is just a concept. A sale deed is a legal statement that confers this title to the owner.

If you want to check the property tax bill number on the property tax receipt which would be available on the official website of the municipal corporation of your area.

I don’t know whether there is a connection between property tax bill number and title deed. If you want to know about it, you can ask the municipal corporation officials about it. I hope this helps!
