Malibu Towne is an American Style Township situated on the (soon to be 6-lane) Sohna Road in Gurgaon. It is just 2 kms from Rajiv Chowk on the NH8 Expressway and just 15 minutes drive from the New Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport. It is a very nice locality, has lush green spaces and ample space for kid's play areas. It is well connected to metro stations, schools, hospitals, malls and local markets. There are commercial as well residential projects within this township. Following are the types of residential projects you can consider in Malibu Town: 1.Independent houses built on plots. 2.
