I have heard several positive Gini Vivante reviews; hence, I can say that there are no such serious issues raised against it. I have even been to the project twice and I am quite impressed with its specifications, like the:

It is expected to be wrapped up by December 2027, as promised
2, 2.5 and 3 BHK properties will be available here
They have set a starting price of Rs 71 lakhs, which I feel is quite reasonable

Indeed, the Kiwale village crematorium (Samshanbhumi ghat) is very close to the project but it's not the only project having it. You will find several renowned projects facing similar issues so rather than blindly trusting people, I will suggest you pay it a visit, wait till next year and then make a final call. Trust me, investing here will be a good decision.
