Any update on Piramal Vaikunth construction status? When will it be ready for possession?

Piramal Vaikunth is a premium community spread across 32-acre land. The project offers townhomes and residential apartments situated between beautiful and scenic views of hills, lakes and greenery. As of now, Piramal Vaikunth construction status is incomplete, i.e. it is still under construction.  The towers in Piramal Vaikunth comprise 1 BHK, 2 BHK, and 3 BHK housing apartments in the area of 950 sq ft., 1027 sq ft., and 1103 sq ft. I believe the possession will begin in June 2022, however, there is no official word from Piramal Estate Pvt Ltd. The Piramal Vaikunth possession might be given out cluster wise. It starts in March 2022, continues in December 2022, June 2024 to December 2025 depending on the cluster in which you buy the house.

Piramal Realty has been now for 10 years. Just ask them how many projects have they completed in these 10 years. The answer is none. They keep extending the possession date in all projects. I am not saying this because I am disappointed as a buyer. This is true. Dont believe me? Just check this on Rera website. Search with promoter name as Piramal. You will find that dates for all the projects get revised/extended every 6 months.
