Anybody visited site of Prestige Smart City project. Any reviews?

Prestige is all set to dominate Bangalore. I have been waiting for a good project from Prestige since they are a reputed real estate builder, and this year I have decided to check out several of their projects and move into one of them. I live in HSR layout in a rented apartment with my wife and two children, and I checked in a newspaper about the list of Prestige upcoming projects Bangalore. There are many of their projects in several locations. I have been able to list a few and they are-

I work at Wipro, so as of now I have planned to choose an apartment in Sarjapur only, but this is the entire list of projects Prestige has started working on. As for the Prestige City Bangalore reviews, let me tell you that the project-

• Will have 1, 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments

• The starting price of the apartments is Rs 3 crore onwards

• The possession will start from May 2025 onwards

• It is a vast project with nine buildings and 3180 apartments

• Ample number of amenities, from Aerobics and yoga to health clubs and more

Guys, please share information about some good Prestige apartments on Sarjapur Road if you have any. I really need to book one. Thanks in advance

As for the Prestige new launch in Whitefield, let me tell you that Prestige Park Grove is the latest Prestige project that is grabbing all the attention of the public. It is 

• Spread across 80 acres of land

• It will have 1, 2, 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK apartments

• It is going to start giving possession by 2027's end

• There will be a total of 4,000 units, with sizes varying in between 625 - 3,873 sq ft.

I am not sure about any Prestige Sarjapur project so will suggest you visit their official website and get it checked

The Prestige City appears to be a great township with affordable flats starting from Rs. 37 lacs for 1 BHK to Rs. 2.99 crores for a BHL Villa. This was something which intrigued me to dive deep into researching this project. I am a middle class man looking to buy a home of my own in the silicon valley of India. But then I came to know about some Prestige Smart City legal issues such as their building plan has yet to be approved at all levels and the construction is going due to sheer clout and financial might. Rest the infrastructure is great in the Prestigious city. I have made this investment after in-depth research and as per my research prestige smart city Sarjapur is worth the investment.
