Rent agreement commonly known as live and license is upto 60 month you can sign and it attract very less stamp duty compared to lease agreement. For long term contract you need to sign lease deed (ex. 9 year or 33 years lease deed) these generally preffered by corporates and commercial players like hotels, schools, hospitals etc.   Hope you got your answer.
