Hey,

So I believe Candeur Constructions has a good rapport and record of delivering real estate projects. The possession for Candeur Landmark began in June 2020 which was within the expected timeline. Now that some of the flats are occupied, people who are willing to invest want to know about Candeur Landmark complaints or basically everything in a detailed review. I believe I can help you out with the information that I have gathered. 

Before diving into those things let us see what does this project offer:

  • 5 towers with 23 residential floors

  • 100% vastu compliant 828 flats

  • 20000 sq ft clubhouse

  • Integrated security system

  • Power backup

  • Fire Fighting system

  • Sewage treatment plant

  • Rain water harvesting

  • Internet, cable tv cables for each house

  • Access to amenities like open air theater, cricket pitch, jogging track, plant nursery, party halls, supermarket, spa and saloon

I have a few connections who were exploring their options in the Candeur Landmark project. While they were impressed with the overall build of the apartments. They showed a few concerns regarding the quality of material used. Not that it was sub par but they were expecting something more I guess. I believe to understand if there are any Candeur Landmark complaints, you will have to visit the project yourself to determine the status. Other than this, I have not heard any word of concern thus far.
