Hi Friend,

I think there is no way to get the building approval copy online. If all the data is lost, you won’t be able to get the sanction plan so easily. You have to approach

  • The Municipal Officer and submit an application or

  • Approach the officer of the sub-registrar

  • You can also file an RTI

  • The simplest way will be to approach the builder or architect or engineer

If all these fail, contact a local lawyer and seek help from him.
