Who ideally applies for khata bifurcation in case of an apartment, is it the residents or the builder, or BBMP (after issuing OC)? 3. And in whose name khata bifurcation will be done if some of the apartments are not sold by the builder? 4. How to pay the tax without khata bifurcation? Please help in answering the above questions.
