Plus, as Gurugram is a major employment hub, it attracts an educated and skilled workforce from every part of India. Since I am also planning to buy a property in Gurgaon, I have been doing my research on the best sector to invest in Gurgaon as well as property prices in Gurgaon.

Gurgaon Real Estate Market Overview: Sector – 105

It is one of the known residential clusters situated in the northern part of Gurugram. I liked this area because it offers a good mix of high-rise apartments, builder floors, and independent houses. Plus, it is well connected via Chauma Road and Dwarka Expressway. It provides smooth connectivity to various parts of the city. Sector-105 is about 2.4 km away from the Gurgaon Railway station and 21 km away from the Indira Gandhi International Airport.
