Bhutani Cyberthum Sector 140a Noida project honestly.

The project was launched in 2019 and has 2 towers with Ground+50 floors spread across 26.8 acres. As for more specifications let me share that the office rate was 5500/sq ft and for the retail shop it was 17500/sq ft when it was launched. However, now it is - 6500/sq ft for office space and for the retail shop it is 24000/sq ft. The more units get sold, the more the builder increases the rate. The builder gives assured returns only on projects that are hard to get sold so don’t fall for this assured returns trap. Above all do note that the location is not at all good for commercial space. This project has most of its space for IT offices so buying an IT office space worth Rs 6500/sq that is also under construction may not be the right decision as yet.

It is very hard to get shop spaces in a good locality and I am glad

Bhutani Cyberthum has taken the initiative to provide the best. Bhutani Cyberthum Sector 140a Noida is providing spaces at Rs 150/ sq ft (for lease). You will have to lease the property for 9 years. The Bhutani Cyberthum price is actually quite affordable, to be honest. There are a lot of start-up businesses nowadays and thus the demand for leased properties has increased significantly. • It has non-lockable shops on the upper ground floor

I booked a shop in the Bhutani Cyberthum project. When I enquired about the

Bhutani Cyberthum construction update I was informed that it

is an under-construction project and the

Bhutani Cyberthum possession date is

December 31, 2024. 

However, I am supremely unhappy with this project and requested a cancellation. I would like to mention in this Cyberthum Bhutani review that they just want to extract money from the common people.

When I asked them to cancel my reservation and issue a refund, they refused to pay back the amount before entering an agreement.

The project will have retail office space that is sized at 100 Sq.Ft.(9.2903 sq.m.). According to market research and other Bhutani Cyberthum Noida review, the price of the project is starting at Rs. 50.67 L - Rs. 73.82 L or ₹3.99 K/sq.ft. Given the latest infrastructure developments in Noida, the price will only go up.
