What are the reviews of Brigade 7 Gardens, Banashankari, Bangalore ?

Well, to be completely honest, I did like this project and I think this is one of the best initiatives of Brigade. I visited Brigade 7 Gardens location for the housewarming celebration after my friend bought a flat here. Brigade 7 Gardens address is Banashankari, South Bangalore, and I feel like it is well-connected to renowned educational institutions, shopping malls, and hospitals. It is also set among lush greenery. Additionally, I think Brigade 7 Gardens price is quite reasonable with 2 BHK flats starting at ₹83 lacs and 3 BHK starting at ₹97 lacs. It might be planned for as an investment or as a means of support. I'll be making a lifetime investment in Brigade 7 Gardens soon.

Brigade 7 Gardens possession date is October 2020 but I reserved a unit in this project during pre-launch. I had to rely on the information that Brigade gave because I am an NRI customer. The Brigade sales team flat-out lied about the project and failed to reveal Brigade 7 Gardens complaints like drainage running through the heart of the property.

With no retaining wall, a lot of mosquitoes, and a foul drainage odour, my flat now has a direct view of the drainage system.

I chose Brigade because of its reputation for quality and brand. I also thought the Brigade 7 Gardens resale would be fruitful, but I was wrong. Now at Brigade, things have changed. Both their sales and customer service teams are worse. The sole goal of their CRM team is to collect money from the customer.

The only word that came to my mind when I read about the  Brigade 7 Gardens was luxurious. I will give you a small Brigade Seven gardens review. The project has apartment complexes with 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats. Sprawled over 8.3 acres, there are a total 678 units in 7 Blocks available for people.  The build up area of these flats is also very impressive, it ranges from 1136 - 1603 sqft. I haven’t read any Brigade 7 Gardens complaints. Most reviews say Brigade Seven gardens review “ high rise apartments have great quality”. According to my research, the  starting price is ₹ 77 Lacs

One of the best parts about living in Brigade 7 Gardens are the amenities. I will give you a quick Brigade 7 Gardens review. It has all the facilities you can think of. For residents there is a clubhouse, swimming pool, jogging track, tennis court, gym, badminton court, multi-purpose hall, basketball court. One thing that most Brigade Seven gardens review forget to mention is the convenience store.There is something for everyone.My only Brigade 7 Gardens complaints is, there should be some facilities for toddlers

I see you want to know the Brigade 7 Gardens review. I recently visited the residential project and was blown away by its unique location. Brigade 7 Gardens is located in the Banashankari area. The project is connected with major transportation networks including roadways and metro. Green Line Metro station : Nagasandra and the bus station are the closest in terms of public transportation. The closest roads are MG Road and Outer Ring Road Junction.

There are schools( Dayananda Sagar College, National College, BNM Institute of Technology, and BMS College of Engineering, Delhi Public School and Brigade School ) within a short distance of 25- 45 minutes near the project. Entertainment Centers like Gopalan Promenade Mall ,Gopalan Arcade Mall are close by as well. This is my  Brigade Seven gardens review. The closest medical care for residents are Apollo Hospital, Motherhood Hospital , BGS Hospital, Jayadeva Hospital, and Sagar Hospital .
