Brigade Bricklane has been approved by RERA. The registration id for the project is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/180808/001981. I think the Brigade Bricklane price is quite affordable. In comparison to other projects in the area, Brigade Bricklane review are mostly positive. Superb amenities like a pool, gym, kids playing area, and park have been constructed. At the beginning I was worried about the Brigade Bricklane floor plan but their flats are spacious. There is a balcony attached. The Brigade Bricklane location is also peaceful and green. If I have missed anything in my Brigade Bricklane review. Let me know.

My father visited this project last month. He informed me that the Brigade Bricklane construction status is completed/ready to move. We booked an apartment here. However, I am not happy with the designated parking area which is insufficient to accommodate an XUV. The doors won't open once I park the car.

The walls inside are angled. While working on the interior, I encountered many problems. The inside of my kitchen and bedroom has been ruined by the tilted walls.

The CRM team's responsiveness to these issues is the worst. No one from their staff came to check out the problems in our flat.

My friend booked a Brigade Bricklane resale apartment. I accompanied him to visit this project. One can easily reach out at Kogilu Road, Jakkur, Near Brigade Northridge,

Bengaluru, Karnataka 560 064, which is the Brigade Bricklane address. My friend purchased an apartment here as this project is only 15 mins from the Manyata Tech Park, where he works. He informed me that he has not faced any issues from the time he booked his apartment till the time he got the Brigade Bricklane possession.

I did not like the behaviour of Brigade Bricklane sales associates. Before booking a flat, they were sharing positive Brigade Bricklane reviews. After buying, they didn't answer my query. But inspite of this you may wonder

is brigade bricklane a good investment?

I find Brigade Bricklane location to be the best. It is connected to State Highway 104. The Brigade Bricklane floor plan and project are under BBMP. Given the design plan of the flats, I think the Brigade Bricklane price for 3 BHK is worth it. The structure of the apartments is inspired by French culture. I would suggest you do your own research and form a Brigade Bricklane review of your own.

The possession date given by the developer was September 2022 but the Brigade Bricklane project is not ready and may get slightly delayed. Despite that, I am very excited to live there. I booked the flat on their pre-launch offer. I saw the Brigade Bricklane floor plan of 1,2 and 3 BHK and chose the 1 BHK itself. The Brigade Bricklane price for my flat is the starting price i.e Rs.60 lacs. I am happy with the location of the project and am looking forward to living in a place with modern amenities. Jakkur is close to the Kempegowda International airport and with a travelling job, I can commute easily to and from the airport. Property prices are further going to rise up in North Bangalore as it is developing at a rapid pace. Thanks for reading my two cents on Brigade Bricklane reviews.
