What are the reviews of Brigade Laguna, Krishnarajapuram, Bengaluru ?

Nowadays for my work, I am usually out of Bangalore. However, I was planning to invest in a 2 BHK in Brigade Laguna. I heard that the project is located close to Rachenahalli Lake. The view must be really breathtaking. I also got to know that the project is an under-construction one and the Brigade Laguna possession date will be immediately after its completion. Nevertheless, I am a bit sceptical regarding some of the Brigade Laguna reviews. Some of my friends informed me that Just 300 metres away from the property lies a sizable cemetery. Additionally, waste is constantly being dumped close to the sewer region. Cleanliness is a major problem. Can anyone kindly provide me with the authenticity of this information? Thanks in advance!

Brigade Laguna offers 2, and 3 BHK apartments with a unit configuration of 1199 – 1906 Sq Ft. When I enquired from the builder team about the Brigade Laguna construction status, they informed me that the project is an under-construction one and the expected Brigade Laguna completion date is December 2025. Some of the worth-mentioning amenities are as follows;

• Gym

• Squash court

• Kids Pool, Kids play area

• Yoga Areas

• 24-hour security system, and CCTV surveillance

• Reading room/Library

Hey, thanks to everyone for sharing details about Brigade Laguna price. The location of the Brigade Laguna project is the best. I work in Manyata Tech Park which is only 10 minutes away from there. The view from the flats is great, you will be able to see Rachenahalli Lake Park from tower 2. The developers have said world-class amenities will be installed. I will add more to my Brigade Laguna review when I see the gymnasium, swimming pool, recreation rooms, and outdoor sports courts with my own eyes. 

When I was looking to buy a flat in Brigade Laguna, I read a lot of Brigade Laguna review on the web. Most of them were positive and spoke about how society is being constructed on time. Though the possession date is given as December 2025, I think the flats are overpriced. The society has variations of 2 & 3 BHK, and all of them have a premium feel to them. The starting Brigade Laguna price is 92 Lacs*. I think the flats should have been cheaper. Other than that, I don’t have any issues.
