Hey Pal,

Sorry but a divorced woman has no right to claim the property of her deceased husband. Usually, before the divorce papers are signed, both parties sort things between one another and divide things between themselves so that no one can claim anything after the divorce. After the death of a person, his/her-

spouse, legal heirs, siblings and parents can claim the property unless he/she has left a will. A divorced husband/wife has no claim in such matters. You can seek some legal expert’s advice if you have more property-related doubts.
