Hi there,

As far as I know, the Pagdi system is coming under the RERA act. So, it cannot go under other redevelopment schemes. It can come under the MHADA scheme but not other schemes such as SRA or In-Situ Slum Redevelopment (ISSR). And about the transfer of the property, it depends on the consent of the Government and the landlord to transfer the project to somewhere, where there are no slums. I hope you find this informative.
