Hi there,

As far as I know, the elevator can be erected in the parking lot. But approval is required of the parking society and NBC guidelines should be followed. As per the guidelines of RERA, parking space is considered as common amenities such as elevator, common area, garden, etc. So, a builder is not entitled to sell the parking space to a buyer. It is against the law.
