I can understand your situation. A few days ago I was in the same situation as yours since I had to rent a property to work from the office. I was in my home in Delhi and my office was in Hyderabad. I liked the property but I was concerned if the property posted in the Ad looks the same. I talked with the landlord first regarding this and he told me that he can call me on video and show the property. So, I talked to my relationship manager and asked him to check up on the property and prepare a video for me. Both my relationship manager and my landlord were helpful regarding this situation. I received a video call from my manager on Whatsapp and he showed me the property.
All in all, everything was perfect and I have actually rented the property now.
You can talk directly to your manager and your landlord and I am sure they will understand your situation.
