Hi,
The last date to apply for the PMAY scheme that was launched in 2015 by the Narendra Modi government was 31 March 2022 and the last date for the MIG (I&II) category under CLSS was 31 March 2021. So, I don’t think you can now apply for the PMAY scheme and avail subsidy on home loans.
