Yes, you can buy a B khata apartment in Bangalore but why take the risk? I hope you know that B khata apartments cannot be renovated easily and you will face huge problems if you go for construction as well. If you are going to spend such a huge amount of money for a property I would advise you to get your khata converted from B khata to A khata from the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) by paying a little charge and then only proceed further.
