You can file a complaint in Co-operative court on the following matters:

  • Parking

  • Excess recovery of dues from members

  • Unequal water supply

  • Escalation of construction cost

  • Repairs, internal repairs, leakages.

You can file a complaint to the registrar on the following matters:

  • Resignation of committee

  • Non-calling of General Body Meeting

  • Registration of society on misrepresentation

  • Non-occupancy charges

  • Investment of funds without prior permission

  • Audi

  • Misappropriation of funds

  • Non-supply of copies of documents and records

  • Incomplete maintenance or non-maintenance of books and records

  • Non conducting of the election before the expiry of the term of committee
