Hi, when finalising construction plans, you must be aware that any construction without the approval of relevant authorities on building plan is considered illegal.
You can get your construction plans approved by the local development authority or municipal corporation and continue after that.
False ceiling on terrace should not be a problem. You must get experienced engineers and labour to get a room built and get the false ceiling for it.
