The NOC from SRA, the sale deed, and the occupancy certificate of the property are only a few of the many documents needed to apply under the SRA plan.
Ask SRA for a No-Objection Certificate (NOC).
Complete the sale deed for the property and register it at the relevant Sub-Registrar of Assurances office by paying the necessary stamp duty and registration fees.
Provide a copy of the sale deed that has been stamped to the SRA along with the application form and the authority's NOC. You will receive a notice from SRA stating that you are required to pay transfer fees.
A buyer's NOC, a seller's NOC, and a housing society's NOC will all be issued by SRA after the payment has been received.
