When I recently moved into my new apartment as a job fresher, the rent included some utilities bills, except for the water bill. I had recently got into the habit of paying for all my shopping or even house rent using my credit card because it makes the payment easier and also gives reward points. But I didn’t know can I pay water bill with credit card​? So I asked my owner about the same and learned that I can do this payment via credit card.

Based on my homeowner suggestion, I started paying my water bill from the website of my local water company. I was glad to see that they accepted credit cards, among their many other forms of payment. Most of the government water companies made the process extremely convenient by allowing people to pay their water bills online with debit or credit cards.
