Hi there,

To answer your question, yes you can call for Special General Body Meeting if you see any misconduct taking place. But you should know that you need to call for SGM at the behest of the Chairman, or when the majority of the committee raises a request in writing. At least 1/5 of the members of the society should approve the request.
