No siblings can not file a case after 20 years for ancestral property. The ancestral property is the one that is passed down through fourth generations of male lineage.  According to the Limitation Act 1963, a person can only file a suit for recovery of possession of ancestral property for 12 years. But the property acquired by gift deed or execution of will does not qualify as ancestral property.
