• Clean the handles with soap and water to remove dirt, grime, or oils. Rinse and let them dry completely. If handles are metallic, use a degreaser for a more thorough clean.

• Lightly sand the handles with fine-grit sandpaper (around 220 grit) to create a surface that the paint can adhere to. This is especially important for metal handles.

Follow the same steps, as mentioned above and you’ll have renewed door handles with you. Let them dry properly and then fix them back in the doors.
