However, for North Delhi, I’d like to inform you that the website's link has changed to 

Search for MCD unlicensed property by entering the State, Zone, Property number, and colony name. By visiting the Engineering Department tab. Scroll to Unautorized Construction New option and click on it. A list will appear there.
