What are the reviews of Celeste At Brigade, Nolambur, Chennai?

I see that no Celeste At Brigade Review mentions the exact location. It is situated in Mogappair West, Nolambur, Chennai. I have booked a 3 BHk apartment there, earlier on I wanted to book 2 BHK. Both of the flats have a good layout with natural light and balconies. Brigade Group has a reputation for completing projects and handing over the flats to residents by the given possession date. The project has legal permits and will be registered under RERA soon. All the facilities seem well planned. I'm excited to move there in the future. 

For me, location and the reputation of the builder are two of the most important factors. When I read Celeste At Brigade Review online to see the connectivity, I was pleasantly surprised. The builders have done a great job. Prince Info Park is at 3.3 Km and One IndiaBulls Tech Park is 3.7 Km away. There are many schools and hospitals nearby as well, SBIOA Model Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Dr. M.G.R. Educational And Research Institute, Velammal Matriculation School, MGR Adarsh Public Matric Higher Secondary School, Frontier Lifeline Hospital Apollo Clinic (Ambattur) and The Madras Medical Mission Hospital are within 3.5km.

The residential project, Celeste At Brigade seems like it has been inspired by houses built in Spain. You will see the Spanish influence in the placement, design, structure, etc. Though, I would like to mention in my Celeste At Brigade Review that the project seems to have good connectivity to the city even though it is located on the outskirts. It is being built in phases and the last phase aka phase 3, will complete the 33-acre project. I was also told that there would be

6 towers and lots of open space within the boundaries.
