What are the reviews of Century Ethos, Hebbal, Bengaluru ?

I am one of the owners and residents of the society 1. Firstly the handover took close to 1 year and 8 months and there is some unfinished snag list pending even after we moved in which has not been closed for more than 5 months. 2. The bathroom has water seepage, water clogging and broken tiles, and unclean bathrooms were given during the handover and they said to deal with it this is how it is done for everyone. 3.The Italian marble it’s broken all over and they have used cheap labor to do the job. 4.Windows and the mesh are of very poor quality and are barely functional. Coming to the society and common amenities. 1. The water quality is extremely poor its hard water and the head of facilities convinces the residents that this is what they can do, while there is scope for a significant improvement. One of the water reports is attached as image which is sample from one of the residents kitchen. 2. The indoor pool is exposed to open and temperature is never maintained and is always dirty.The outdoor pool is always dirty. 3.The garden and the lawn are unkept and very dirty. Too many rodents in the common areas as well as in individual units. 4. Every block has 20 floors and one of the lifts is always broken down (for months together). The emergency alarm never works and the lift is sometimes stuck between the floors. 5. 50% of the gym equipment are under maintenance for months 6. Coming to the safety aspect, there is zero safety when it comes to somebody entering the complex from the basement No CCTV cameras have been installed so far. 7.One of the blocks in the society does not have a medical emergency exit 8. There have been instances where the residents' phone number has been compromised to outside vendors to reach out for services... 9. The facility team does not care and helpdesk numbers are hardly useful. 10. There are unfinished structures and steel rods all over the place which makes it unsafe especially for kids and pets and senior citizens. 11.The fire safety is not in place and all the sprinklers end up leaking during the test face and has damaged  a lot of interiors for multiple units 12. The society can accommodate 350+ families. The society looks like a run-down place with just 50 families occupied so far. Please do consider twice before you want to make a purchase because the management seems to not care and is making residents life only difficult! Thanks

The location of Century Ethos Hebbal is well planned. It is situated right on the NH44 main road. The Century Ethos floor plan is exactly what the sales representative told me. I am happy the infrastructure around the project is good. There is a mall being constructed 5 minutes away from the Century Ethos. There is already Vidyashilp Academy, Mallya Aditi International School, Motherhood Hospital, and Pro-life Hospital in the vicinity. A Century Ethos review on Google told me that the RMZ Galleria Mall is quite close as well.

The rooms in Century Ethos Hebbal are spacious. The view from the apartment is of the park and amenities. I know someone who has been living in Century Ethos since they received possession. The starting price is RS. 3.36 CR. Though, I think the price points make sense given the beautiful architecture of the project and the Century Ethos floor plan for the 3 BHK and 4 BHK. I think the preheat has one of Bnaglore's biggest clubhouse which is sized at 50,000 sq. I want to visit the site and check everything out for myself before investing in it. I have a flat in Century Ethos and here is my Century Ethos review. The design of the glass is beautiful. There is CC footing in all the rooms along with vitrified tiles. There are anti-skid ceramic tiles installed in the balcony and living room. The look of the windows and doors is luxurious. All the electrical fittings like CP fittings and Taps are done using branded products. All in all, I am happy with Century Ethos floor plan. You should buy a flat in Century Ethos Hebbal as a form of investment.
