You'll need the following paperwork to change your name on your property tax bill:

  • A copy of the property's most recent tax receipt.

  • Certified copy of the sale transaction deed that belongs to your name, together with a NOC from the residential building.

  • Application form with your signature and all necessary fields completed.

  • You must include the necessary paperwork with the request to be filed to the Commissioner of Revenue. 

  • The update will appear in the records within 20 to 30 days of the submission and verification of the application and supporting papers.
