When the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) was established in 2007, the officials created the idea of 'khata.' The goal of implementing khata was to make collecting property taxes in Bangalore easier. The BBMP began keeping two different registers in place to limit any duplication. 3) Copies of property tax receipts that have already been paid.
4) Dimensions and other parameters of the property are shown on a blueprint.
5) Khata extract and occupancy certificate.
6) Any repair fees paid must be documented.
7) Some other paper that is needed for the transfer
