Spread over 12.7 acres of land, the project offers views of nature and well maintained gardens. There is a Cafeteria/Food Court,Jogging and Strolling Track, Clubhouse, Power Back Up,Swimming Pool,Maintenance Staff, Security,Park, Gymnasium, Open space, Multipurpose Hall . I would like to mention that Concorde Abode 99  also has a Mini Cinema Theater within its boundaries which makes life easy. I give the facilities 10/10 from my side.

Concorde Abode 99  is near IT parks educational and medicinal institutes that you can access via buses and cab . Sorsfort International School, VIBGYOR High School, Sri Chaitanya School, Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship, IFIM Business School are in close vicinity.Medical care is nearby with Spring leaf Hospital, Vimalalaya Hospital and Narayana Institute of Cardiac Sciences a few km away Whereas Metro Cash & Carry Hypermarket, Royal Meenakshi Mall are 10 km away. Keep an eye on this place to know more review.
