I can give you Truww interiors reviews based on my own experience with them. I would suggest Truww to anyone looking for interior design services for their home because it was a lovely experience. Thanks to the team's tremendous effort, their concept was exact and their execution was superb.
Having said that, I do think there is a scope of better service. I will share my detailed review with both pros and cons for you.
Pros of Truww Interior Service
- To my delight, Truww sent an estimate that was both reasonably priced and fit my budget requirements exactly.
- They not only finished the project far ahead of schedule, but they also sent me regular updates on work progress, which cut down on how often I had to visit the site.
- Despite the project's speedy completion, standards and quality were not compromised.
- The suggested design and materials worked well. The machine-finished products had a good finish
- Not only are they among the least expensive on the market, but they're also highly open to customisations and very responsive.
- Our project manager was always approachable, kind, and supportive. He jotted down every detail we brought up and moved quickly.
- After the completion of the project, I found a plumbing issue which I immediately brought up with the company. They were really prompt and fixed my issue very quickly.
- I noticed that the sections of the house that needed physical labour were not very well finished.
- Then I also noticed that there was a significant communication gap during the initial design phase of the project. However, I got regular updates as soon as I brought up this issue with the project manager.
