Yes, land registered will also reflect on an EC. The EC for a property is provided at the sub-registrar’s office in which the property has been registered. If the land is registered under a sale agreement and the sale agreement is unregistered, then it will not reflect in the E.C. But if the sale agreement is registered before the sub-registrar then it will reflect in the Encumbrance certificate as well. In any case the sale deed must be registered only then the sale transaction will be completed and accordingly the transaction will reflect in the EC.
