E-Khata is the computerized version of Khata that can be obtained from the BMP official website. It has relevant information about property records such as property owner, location, area, property tax details etc. So e-Khata is a legal equivalent of A Khata. 

To use your E-Khata you should have your PID (Property Identification Number). All properties which are registered under BBMP have been issued with PID number.
