A few of the amenities given are fire safety measures, 24*7 security, a rainwater harvesting system, a community hall, a library, a badminton court, a tennis court, a basketball court, an aerobics room, shopping centre, a spa, a children’s play area, gym, swimming pool, sewage treatment plant, and CCTV surveillance. There is a lush green common garden and a well-maintained park where I plan to take morning walks. The units are 100% Vastu-compliant. This is the end of my Eon Homes review.

When I was booking a 3 BHK in Eon Homes, I conducted research about the amenities being offered and the neighbouring infrastructure. There are many renowned tech parks, reputed educational institutions, premier hospitals, and an array of shopping, socialising, and entertainment options in its close vicinity. I visited the Eon Homes project last week, let me share my quick Eon Homes review. The project is one of the best in Hinjewadi. The project ranges over 22 acres. Phase 1 and phase 2 have been completed whereas phase 3 is currently under construction. The builder group, Kasturi Housing has taken permission from all authorities including MAHA RERA. The project offers 2 and 3 BHK apartments for homeowners. The residential project has a luxurious appeal.
