I have been using Jio Fiber for the last two years and honestly I am good with it. However you must be knowing that it puts a 3.3TB limit on the data usage every month which at times feels disturbing but I do not know excitel has no such thing. Last month I visited one of my friends' houses and he said that using excitel is better than the Jio Fiber so I must think of switching to it as it has no such restrictions over data usage. I asked him about the Excitel broadband customer care number and he did share it. You can talk with them regarding their plans so I would suggest you to opt for it if you are still on WFH.
